1- YOUR BUILDING IS STRENGTHENED BEFORE APPLICATION
Exterior plasters are repaired before your existing building is coated with izoBOZZ FeltBi. Broken, cracked areas and rotten plaster are removed and replastered. Swelling paint is scraped off. Thus, your building is first repaired and reinforced.
2- NO NEED FOR DOWEL APPLICATION
When applying izoBOZZ FeltBi felt sheets, isobozz sheets are adhered to the wall by hitting them with cement-based adhesive mortar. Due to its fibrous structure, it adheres perfectly to cement-based sheathing adhesive mortar. Once it is adhered and the complete drying period has elapsed, it can only be removed from the wall with the help of mechanical tools. For this reason, dowels are not used during application. Thus, although your building will not be full of holes, there will be no heat and sound loss from these points. For example, with the application of dowels on an exterior of 3000 m2, your building will be exposed to doweling operations 24,000 times.
3- EASE OF APPLICATION IN OLD BUILDINGS
In old buildings, building plasters are affected by the vibration caused by the doweling in other insulation materials and fall off without being noticed. However, in the izoBOZZ application, the building is first repaired and then izoBOZZ is built. Dowels are not used. It does not cause any vibration.
4- IT IS NOT CANCEROGENIC
izoBOZZ has the Oeko-Tex Certificate (a must for baby clothes). It is an antibacterial and antiallergenic material.
5- ISOBOZZ FELT HAS LOW WATER VAPOR RESISTANCE
In external insulation applications, the water vapor resistance of the thermal insulation material should be low. IzoBOZZ Water vapor diffusion resistance is 1.1. This means the material breathes. high values indicate that water vapor is penetrating your building and causing it to age rapidly. With the use of IzoBOZZ, you get complete insulation without the need to constantly open windows and therefore without experiencing heat exchange (unwanted hot/cold air inlet/outflow).
6- ADHESION OF ISOBOZZ FELT TO THE WALL SURFACE
When IzoBOZZ insulation felt is applied with cement-based adhesive mortar on aerated concrete, plaster and painted surfaces, the adhesion of IzoBOZZ felt to the wall surface is very strong. After sticking, it is impossible to remove, break or separate from the surface after not touching it for the first 24 hours.
7- ADVANTAGE OF NOT USING A WATER FLUID PROFILE
In other materials, a water base profile must be used. It is possible to start IzoBOZZ from the zero point due to its hydrophobic feature and non-corrosion feature.
In addition, there is no need for a basement profile since each part of ISOBOZZ adheres separately and does not impose any load on the building surface. The dowels used in determining the basement profile have a risk of puncturing the insulation coming from the basement wall. Therefore, it is better not to use a flood profile.
8- WINDOW SIDE INSULATION
The place where the most heat escapes is around windows. In the application made with isoBOZZ insulation felt; Due to the thickness and flexibility advantage of izoBOZZ felt, all window edges are completely covered. Thus, the areas where the main hot and cold enter are isolated.
SURFACE PREPARATION: First of all, on the exterior surfaces to be coated; Exploding the swelling plaster, filling the spilled areas with plaster, cleaning the explosion areas on surfaces such as columns and curtains, washing them and filling them with cement mortar, smoothing the inclined surfaces, scraping the swelling paint surfaces to obtain a good subfloor. Finally, all exterior surfaces are cleaned and left to dry. Following the preparation of the subfloor for application; The surfaces to be coated are glued in one piece, starting from the top point of the building and continuing downwards.
NOTE: The detail above is for old, painted surfaces.
In new buildings; If the wall surface is smooth, the application begins by applying adhesive mortar directly to the wall surface. If it is not smooth, the application begins by applying adhesive mortar directly onto a rough plaster.
1-PRIMARY; An adherence-increasing binder primer is applied to painted or newly repaired plaster surfaces.
2-1 COAT ADHESIVE MORTAR; Approximately 0.5 - 0.8cm thick adhesive mortar is applied to the primed surface, and a uniform coating surface is created by combing with a toothed comb to ensure the same thickness on all sides.
3- izoBOZZ; Since the process will start from the top point of the building and continue downwards, felts of 1.00 x 3.00 layers or 1.00 x 15 m in size are glued to the adhesive mortar for which the bonding subfloor has been prepared from the top point of the building, according to the wall size, and the sheets are placed side by side on the wall and covered. . isoBOZZ; By lightly plastering by hand, equal distribution is ensured on all sides, then by tapping on it with a plastic trowel, the connection of IZOBOZZ fibers with the mortar is strengthened. In practice, there should be no gap between the felts. In other words, a heat bridge should not be created. Netting corner application should be applied at corner turns.
4. DRYING TIME: Wait for the material to dry for approximately 24 hours without touching it. After drying is completed, decorative plaster process can be started.
5- 2ND COAT ADHESIVE MORTAR and NET; After the application of izoBOZZ, for exterior plaster, fibrous exterior adhesive mortar (consumption of 4.5 kg/m2) is polished to the surface of izoBOZZ, and a PVC mesh of 160 g/m2 is covered on it to increase the shell strength of the plaster and ensure uniformity. In mesh application, 5-10 cm each. are placed on top of each other. Then, the process is completed by applying 3 mm cladding adhesive mortar again,
6- CORRECTION PLASTER (DECORATIVE PLASTER); 3 mm thick correction plaster (decorative plaster) is applied on it (at a consumption of 2.5-3 kg/m2). It is made ready for painting. Exterior corner and center turns are very easy to turn. Meshed plastic angle iron is applied to obtain smooth edges and corners.
7.PAINTING; The manufacturing is completed by first applying primer paint and then grainy or silicone-based exterior paint to the exterior plaster surface applied after the completed sheathing of the subfloor.
EXPLANATION; In the sheathing process whose application method is explained above;
a) Dowels are not used.
b) There is a very small load on the external walls. every cm2 of adhering felt. distributed uniformly over the surface.
c) Even after many years, as long as there is no change in the carrier system of the walls or the building, there will be no deformation, loosening or shedding in the isoBOZZ cladding.
d) Since you cover every point of your building with the same detail, you will never create a thermal bridge due to perimeter joints or window center joints that occur in other materials. Because you will literally put a coat on your building, right down to the window jambs.
e) Especially, you will cover your center returns and window centers with the same thickness, up to the window fronts, and you will never leave a thermal bridge on the window center fronts.
f) Since it will be of minimum thickness, you will be able to pass it very easily under windowsills, parapets and detail joints. Additional marble etc. You will not have any expenses.
g) The life of the material is equal to the life of the building. That is, it is over 100 years old.
h) The most important technical features of the material are; Providing excellent thermal insulation,
i) Provides excellent SOUND insulation,
j) Providing perfect solutions to all kinds of problems such as MOISTURE and MOLD,
k) Fire resistance is in the B class category. It ignites slowly and does not progress.
l) Due to its excellent binding on the walls it is covered with and its high transverse and longitudinal rupture strength, you will stop explosions on the opposite walls in the event of an EARTHQUAKE, and with such insulation, you will increase the transverse and longitudinal tensile strength values of your covered walls by 20-50%. Therefore, it provides EARTHQUAKE suspension insulation,
And due to its many other features, it is an extraordinary Nanotechnology-supported insulation product with which you can insulate the exterior of the building and perform all kinds of SOUND, HEAT, HUMIDITY, MOLD and EARTHQUAKE suspension insulation inside the building.
